Math Club
Math Club is parent-led and open to all Grade 4 to 7 students at Lord Kitchener. The club is a great opportunity for students who enjoy problem-solving and algorithms. Students are encouraged to have discussions, collaborate with their group and have FUN.
Students work on sample test papers and play math games in preparation for the Centrum Mathematica Exam which takes place in April. Math club usually meets twice a month (except in March) in the school library between 3:15 and 4:30 pm.
Unfortunately, Math Club is not being offered this year due to a lack of volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering next year, please contact the Principal. The PAC supports the Math Club covering the cost of the exam fees and other math materials.
