Important, Please Read Before Paying:

You can pay by credit card or by PayPal. To complete the transaction, you will need to create a PayPal account or use your existing one. You are prompted to do this during the payment process.

For tax receipt purposes, you must enter a billing address as well as name of child(ren) and grade(s). On the review/confirmation page, click on the + to expand a box labeled “Pls provide child(ren)’s name and grade”. Please make sure you fill this out at the time of payment. Tax receipts will only be issued for amounts of $25.00 or more.

If you prefer not to pay online, then please download and print the Direct Appeal Form, fill it out, and return with a cheque (made payable to Lord Kitchener School PAC) to the school. You can return cheque and form with the PAC envelope. The final due date for your donation is October 21, 2011.
